Payments
Divine Soap Company will not ship on an open invoice unless previously discussed with owner. Payment must be processed fully before product can be made to avoided waisted time and materials.
Orders
Orders can be changed only within the first 24 hours that payment has been processed. If it is past this time, please contact Divine Soap Company directly by phone at 541.993.7974. If your order has not been made and mailed, we would be more than happy to accommodate the changes. If order has already been processed, please read your return and exchange policies. For large orders please allow 1-2 weeks for order fulfillment. If it is going to be any different you will be contacted. Times may be longer during our busy seasons please communicate your needs so that we can accommodate them. Always ask for verification of delivery times.
Our items have a high temperature melt warning. When ordering during the hot summer months items might soften in transit. Please be aware and plan accordingly.
Returns and Exchanges
If you have any problem with your order, contact Divine Soap Company and explain your situation. Custom orders are made specifically for you and are final. Due to the nature of natural products all purchases are final. Canceling an order after a deposit has been made and before product has been shipped will result in loss of deposit.
Incorrect, Damaged or Lost Goods
Save all contents and packaging materials and contact us within 3 business days. If you suspect your product has been lost or stolen contact us immediately. Failure to contact us promptly voids any responsibility we may have including the insurance. All packages are automatically insured in case these issues arise.
Shipping
Every order is either UPS ground or USPS and each order will include insurance.
If you would like to arrange to pick up your order, please contact Divine Soap Company to make the arrangements.
Entering the wrong shipping address may delay your order and cause additional shipping fees. Please double check all information is correct before you submit it. Shipping will be calculated at check out and shipping insurance will always be included. If you receive any product damaged by shipment, please contact us within 3 business days so we can file an insurance claim and issue a replacement. Damaged shipments must be returned to us refunds are not offered.
